This preview establishes the principles Garden intends to follow. A final legal privacy notice will be approved before public launch.
Contact form
When you use “Start a conversation”, we receive your name, email address and message. They are delivered as an email to Garden Ministries' own mailbox (info@garden-ministries.org) so we can reply to you. They are not stored in a website database or added to a mailing list, and we delete messages when they are no longer needed to answer or follow up on your inquiry.
Spam protection and security logs
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. For that purpose Cloudflare processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser information, but not the content of your message (cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy). Our web server keeps access logs with IP addresses for about two weeks; the contact form's own logs never contain your name, email address, message or IP address.
Donation information
Payment card details should be handled by the selected secure payment provider. Garden should retain only the records required for stewardship, accounting, acknowledgments, and legal obligations.
Beneficiary dignity
Names, faces, stories, and sensitive locations should not be published without appropriate review and consent. Children and vulnerable people require additional protection.
Visibility levels
Operational evidence should be classified as Internal, Partner, Donor, or Public before it can be shared.
Your choices
Supporters should be able to manage communication preferences and request appropriate access, correction, or deletion of their personal information. For privacy questions or requests, write to info@garden-ministries.org.
